ViXS is a pioneer and market leader in designing advanced video processing semiconductor solutions. Since the Company commenced operations in 2001, it has been engaged in the design and development of its XCode video processor components for consumer applications, its XCodePro video processor components for cloud, video delivery and infrastructure markets, and the companion XConnex family of networking components. The Company’s components began shipping commercially in 2002. ViXS’ video processing components have been developed and sold over nine generations, including the current XCode 6 series of products (which includes the XCode 68xx and XCode 64xx SoCs), the XCode 5 series of products (which includes the XCode 55xx and XCode 51xx) and the XCodePro series.
